The location of the hotel is quite nice. the staff is welcoming, with a friendly attitude. the hot springs are well kept and provide a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms and bathrooms are seriously outdated. Rust in the bathroom is unacceptable. the breakfast choices are abundant but the food quality is below average. the hotel has a few facilities but nothing remarkable.
The restaurant fails to impress.

I had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I was home. The hot springs were well maintained, clean, and so relaxing. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every day.
Could not be improved in any way.

We loved how they maintained and looked after the hot springs, which were incredibly warm and clean. the location was also a plus, placed near the city center and within walking distance to some tourist attractions.
Our room was a huge letdown. It was terribly outdated, to the point where the rust in the bathroom was unbearable.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing holiday with the hot springs providing an excellent and well-maintained opportunity to unwind. We also enjoyed the wide range of options available for dining which suited all our tastes.
The rooms we stayed in were outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom had rust stains which left a bad impression on us.
